The existing property is a single family, semi-detached dwelling house. Proposal includes single storey front and full width rear extension; two storey front / side extension, incorporating conversion of garage to habitable use (following demolition of existing attached garage to side). Ground floor rear extension and arranged internally to provide an open plan kitchen, living and dining space. First floor extension incorporates master bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and en-suite, and a further bedroom with en-suite. The works have started as of early 2012.
