Following a successful planning application obtained in January 2012, the construction work was commenced, and the basement courtyard extension was created in June 2012. It was to provide additional living space to a ground floor/basement flat in the heart of Chelsea and a healthy return on investment for our client. The project was completed in 2012/2013.
